Radio Test command summary: ABCD - Answer question. Beeps when wrong and displays correct answer. Press a key to go to the next question. If you have answered the current question before it will show the last answer given. <- -> Use left and right cursor keys to move thru questions, may also use space bar and enter key to move forwards. Alt A - Copyright notice. Alt H - This screen, may also use F1 key. Alt R - Clears score and previous answer display. Alt S - Show statistics on Element 1A. Alt Q - Quit program, may also use escape key. Score: Top right of screen, displays #right / #wrong and score by percent. Alt S gives additional info on test. Optional command line parameters: ex. radiotst 1 14 T F param1 - Foreground color 0-15, default is 14 (yellow). param2 - Background color 0-7, default is 1 (blue). param3 - Direct video, default is T, use F only if needed. param4 - Snow checking for CGA boards, default is F. Colors: 0-black, 1-blue, 2-green, 3-cyan, 4-red, 5-magenta, 6-brown 7-white, 8-gray, 9-light blue, 10-light green, 11-light cyan 12-light red, 13-light magenta, 14-yellow, 15-bright white You may make changes to the current questions. By loading the question file "1A.TXT" into a text editor such as the DOS editor. DO NOT make changes in a word processor as it will add control characters to the file and damage it. You may make no change the format of the question as the program needs the question number (ex. 1A123) to index itself. This feature might be useful to schools for references and explanations. Two different files one with only questions and one with additional information might be used by naming your new file "1A.TXT" and renaming the old "1A.TXT" something else or having it in a different directory. If you are running this program on floppy discs performance can be improved by using a read caching program such as smartdrv or a ramdisk. The speed is acceptable in any case. This version is for a 30 day evaluation period. If you find this program of use please pay for it. For your honesty you will receive the registered version which contains all question elements currently available and the newest version of the program. The evaluation copy is limited to all 170 questions from element 1A, Radio Law. Element 1 and 3 questions are contained in the registered version. State your disk preference 3.5 or 5.25 high density.
